Sideswipe Wraps is committed to processing and shipping orders accurately and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

1. Order Processing Time

All vinyl product orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Orders placed after business hours or on non-business days will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship orders using trusted third-party carriers. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

4. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. If additional shipping locations become available, this policy will be updated accordingly.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Sideswipe Wraps is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Sideswipe Wraps is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If a shipment is lost or delayed, we will assist in submitting a claim with the carrier when applicable.

8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged packaging and product. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

9. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of vinyl products, all sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping. Please review our Return Policy for more details.

10. Backorders & Supply Delays

In the event of a backorder or supply delay, customers will be notified as soon as possible with updated shipping information or alternative options.

11. Changes to Shipping Policy

Sideswipe Wraps reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
