1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, scheduling services, or authorizing work with Sideswipe Wraps, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Sideswipe Wraps provides automotive customization, protection, and maintenance services including, but not limited to, vinyl wraps, paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coatings, window tint, paint correction, detailing, and performance part installation. All services are subject to vehicle condition and customer approval.

3. Estimates & Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on initial information and visual inspection. Final pricing may change due to vehicle condition, additional labor required, or customer-requested changes. Any additional work will be discussed and approved prior to completion.

4. Deposits & Payments

A deposit may be required to secure an appointment. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Full payment is due upon completion of services and prior to vehicle release. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at time of booking.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

We require advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice or failure to show for a scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or additional fees.

6. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage

Sideswipe Wraps is not responsible for pre-existing damage including, but not limited to, faded paint, peeling clear coat, rock chips, scratches, rust, aftermarket paint, or previous bodywork. Customers acknowledge that older or resprayed paint carries an increased risk during vinyl, PPF, or coating application and removal.

7. Vinyl Wrap, PPF & Coating Disclaimer

Vinyl wraps, paint protection film, and ceramic coatings are not permanent solutions. Lifespan and performance vary based on vehicle usage, environment, maintenance, and care. These products do not make a vehicle immune to damage such as rock chips, scratches, or wear.

8. Removal Liability

Sideswipe Wraps is not responsible for paint damage resulting from the removal of vinyl, PPF, or coatings where the underlying surface was compromised prior to installation.

9. Warranty Information

Manufacturer warranties apply to materials where applicable. Any labor warranty offered by Sideswipe Wraps will be explained at time of service and does not cover misuse, improper maintenance, accidents, or environmental damage. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may void warranties.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for following all provided aftercare and maintenance guidelines. Improper washing methods, chemical exposure, neglect, or abuse may negatively affect results and void warranties.

11. Turnaround Times & Delays

All completion times are estimates. Delays may occur due to weather, material availability, vehicle condition, or unforeseen circumstances. Sideswipe Wraps is not liable for delays outside of reasonable control.

12. Vehicle Storage

Vehicles must be picked up promptly upon service completion. Storage fees may apply to vehicles left beyond the agreed pickup time unless prior arrangements are made.

13. Media & Marketing Use

Sideswipe Wraps may photograph or record vehicles for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.

14. Limitation of Liability

Sideswipe Wraps’ liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.

16. Updates to Terms

Sideswipe Wraps reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
